June 22, 2026 - Center Garden Club is pleased to present its Yard of the Month (July 2026) award to Mr. Bill Holt of 429 Pine Terrace.
Not only does this home have a lush and immaculately groomed front lawn, but it also has a truly delightful backyard featuring stone-rimmed beds brimming with colorful blossoms and lush greenery revealing a lovely variety of color, shape, and texture. It also has an in ground water feature as well as exquisite urns and other classic yard art.
Mr. Holt attributes the beauty of the landscaping to his late wife Donna Warren Holt and describes himself as “only the caretaker.” Their commitment to both creating and maintaining their beautiful landscape is certainly to be admired and commended.
