September 11, 2015 - The Center HS Cross Country varsity boys earned 1st place out of 28 teams (1A-4A) at the 4th Annual Hallsville XC Invitational Meet held Friday morning, September 11, 2015 in Hallsville.
In the 5K race, Giovani Angel placed 3rd out of the total 235 runners. Ruben Soto placed 9th followed by Arnol Escobedo who placed 11th.
Additional team members running in the meet who completed the race helping the team to win were Antonio Chavez, Martin Soto, Daniel Chavez, Johnathan Serrano, and Joel Rodriguez.
