January 17, 2023 - Center High School will host Aurora Concepts for a meningitis shot clinic on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Seniors who are going to college or juniors planning on doing dual credit next year must receive meningitis shots.

Information for Juniors and Seniors: MCV4 (meningitis) – required for colleges; Men B – a 2 shot series for a 5th strain of meningitis that is optional
Deadline to sign up is January 23, 2023.

- If you plan to pay out of pocket, please submit your info! You will put “NA” in all insurance blanks.
No insurance: The cost is $10/shot for up to 18 years old or for anyone 19 years old and up the cost is self pay adult prices.
