Volleyball
Lady Rider Volleyball Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday, August 1st - 8am to 11am and 1pm to 3:30pm - All Teams
- Wednesday, August 2nd - 8am to 11am and 1pm to 3:30pm - All Teams
- Thursday, August 3rd - 8am to 11am and 1pm to 3:30pm - 9th Grade
- Thursday, August 3rd - 10am to 12noon and 2pm to 4pm - 10th to 12th Grades
Scrimmages:
- Friday, August 4th at Elysian Fields - All Teams
- Saturday, August 5th at Central Heights - All Teams
Football
Practice Begins Monday, August 7th. ALL practices will be finished by noon each day.
- Incoming 10th to 12th grades - Players report at 6am
- Incoming 9th grade - Players report at 9:15am
Cross Country
- Boys report to stadium fieldhouse beginning Tuesday, August 1st at 6am
- Girls report to high school cafeteria beginning Monday, August 7th at 6:15am
