December 17, 2015 - The annual Celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe Procession was held on the Center square on Saturday, December 12, 2015. St. Therese Catholic Church members began their procession on the square and traveled to the church location on CR 2974 with the assistance of the Center Police Department and Center Fire Department.
As the procession moved forward from the square, Center Police Officers both led and followed the parade as it traveled Nacogdoches Street to Wheeler Street. When the procession approached the intersection with Hurst Street, Center Police Officers and Center firemen blocked traffic until the procession had completed their crossing of Hurst Street.
