October 31, 2018 - Show us why you love Shelby County Texas in pictures! The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Tourism Committee announces an open call for entries for the Photography contest currently underway.
The Chamber of Commerce is looking for original, fun, striking images of what Shelby County, Texas means to you! These images may reflect the wide variety of architecture, events and activities, landscape, “seasons”, people or places relevant to Shelby County. Entries may be newly taken photos, or photos you already have taken no earlier than 2015. They just need to be your original work.
The Photography contest is open to everyone of all ages. Prizes will be awarded for First Place ($125), Second Place ($75) and Third Place ($50). Contest ends October 31st and winners will be announced later in November.
Submissions must be digital entries by e-mail to scchambertxphotocontest@hotmail.com or via photo CD mailed or hand delivered to 2018 Photography Contest, Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, 100 Courthouse Square A-101, Center, Texas 75935. All entries must be accompanied by the completed Contest Entry Form, Entry Fees and any Photography Release Forms.
