August 15, 2022 - Center Independent School District is excited to announce that all the hard work from our teachers and students has paid off. The Texas Education Agency has given us our 2022 Accountability Ratings. We are excited and proud to announce that Center ISD is an "A" rated district. This is the highest rating that a school can get from TEA.
Our Ratings are as follows:
Center ISD — A
Center Elementary School — C
Center Middle School — B
Center High School — B
Roughrider Academy — A
F.L. Moffett — C (FLM is assigned the same rating as CES, since they do not give a STAAR test.)

As a district we could not be prouder of our students, teachers and administrators as our scores improved in almost every area. Our teachers are in the trenches and they have worked very hard to make this happen. We are so THANKFUL FOR ALL OF THEM AND THEIR HARD WORK!!! I have no doubt that our people will strive to do even better this year.
