February 16, 2023 - The City Council of Joaquin will meet for a Regular Scheduled Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 6pm at The Joaquin City Hall located at 124 N. Preston Street, Joaquin, Texas.
The following items are on the agenda for appropriate action:

5. Citizens Input: This time is provided for members of the public to address the City Council on items that appear within the Consent and Action Items, or a matter not listed on the agenda. Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes. A Citizen’s Input Form maybe filled out and filed with the City Secretary prior to the meeting.
6. Discuss and take action: Discuss and consider approving the 2021-2022 Audit completed by Goff & Herrington.
7. Discussion: MHS Planning & Design, LLC to discuss layout and funding allocation for boat ramp project.
8. Discussion: Discuss partnership with Joaquin I.S.D. concerning new water well.
9. Department Head Reports:

b. Utility Billing Manager Report – Monthly Receipts
c. City Secretary Report
10. Discuss and take action: Discuss and consider approving the previous months minutes.
11. Discuss and take action: Discuss and consider approving the financials.
12. Discuss and take action: Discuss and consider approving roof repairs for the old bank building.
13. Discuss and take action: Discuss and consider taking action on a weatherproof shelter for the Logansport meter and power source.
14. Discuss and take action: Discuss and consider bathroom improvements at City Hall.
15. Executive Session:
Consider entering executive session personnel Matters with possible action related thereto upon reconvening in open session in accordance with Government Code Section 551.074.
