June 6, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that the City of Joaquin is seeking sealed bids for WATER, WASTEWATER AND GAS OPERATOR/CONTRACTOR, must be licensed by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and contractor’s general liability insurance. All bids will be subject to general conditions, instructions and scope as provided in the bid submittal packet. Bid submittal packs can be obtained in person at Joaquin City Hall, 130 Steve Hughes Drive, Joaquin, Texas or via email to citysecretary@cityofjoaquin.net.
- Submission Deadline: Date June 13, 2025; Time 3:00 p.m. Bid will be opened June 17, 2025 at Joaquin City Hall.

All bids must be submitted by the time indicated and place in a sealed package clearly marked on the outside: BID FOR WATER, WASTEWATER & GAS OPERATOR/CONTRACTOR.
The outside of the sealed envelope shall bear the name, address, and phone number of Vendor. All vendors must meet all state and local requirements to perform work within the State of Texas and City of Joaquin
City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, or part or all any specific bids. City of Joaquin also reserves the right to hold all bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. City also reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to postpone or cancel request for bids and to award the contract to the bidder or bidders whom the City deems in the best interest of the City.
