City of Joaquin Request for Sealed Bids for Surplus Equipment

November 1, 2024 - The City of Joaquin will receive sealed bids for the sale of surplus equipment. Sealed bids are to be received by the City Secretary at Joaquin City Hall, 130 Steve Hughes Dr./ P.O. Box 237 Joaquin, TX 75935 no later than 12 noon on November 18, 2024. Bids must be in writing including the item and description and bid amount. Making sure to include your contact information. Bid must be in a sealed envelope with the words Tractor Bid clearly written on the front of the envelope. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone and/or email and will have until 3pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 to pay for the property by cash or money order and remove their property. City reserves the right to waive, delete or amend any of the requirements connected with this bid.

All items are sold “AS IS” without warranty. The city retains the right to refuse all bids or withdraw items for sale. 

Surplus Items for Sale are: Minimum Bid is $6,000.
