January 4, 2019 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the governing body of the City of Timpson will be held on the 7th day of January, 2019 at 5:00 pm. at the City Hall, 456 Jacob Street, Timpson, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to-wit:
1. Discuss and review applications submitted for the position of City Secretary
2. Discuss and set up date and time slots for potential interviews for the position of City Secretary
3. Discuss and set temporary position and title for Interim Secretary, Paula Mullins
4. Adjourn
The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
