May 7, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the governing body of the City of Timpson will be held on the 14th day of May 2024 at 5:30pm at Timpson City Hall, 456 Jacob St., Timpson, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to-wit:
1. Consider and take action regarding Resolution 20240516-1 canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the May 4th General Election.
2. Issue Certificate of Election for elected Council Members.
3. Complete Statement of Officer.
4. Administer the Oath of Office for elected Council Members.
The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
