October 9, 2024 - Dear Friends of Shelby County (and beyond!),
When opening our doors at CLINE FAMILY MEDICINE in 1997 at our Nacogdoches Clinic location, it soon became apparent that many of the families that we began to encounter were from Shelby County and its surrounding communities in San Augustine, Sabine, and Panola counties.
We were warmly welcomed by so many of you when we opened the doors of our new CENTER CLINIC location, 12 years ago. Since then, we have genuinely desired to be a part of the long Shelby County tradition to provide to the entire spectrum of quality healthcare to you and your family.
Nearly ten years ago, in the course of carrying out such a mission, we were blessed to have LAURA RODGERS, APRN, ACNP-C join our dedicated team of clinicians and staff at our CENTER CLINIC LOCATION.
As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Laura has proven not only to be a capable and dedicated clinician, but her kind and warm character, demonstrated over these ten years has endeared her to all of us… and, of course, to those of you who have come to know her. She is making the transition to continue medical care as a part of a team that partners with CLINE FAMILY MEDICINE in caring for our sickest and most vulnerable patients- in their homes.
We will miss her daily presence with us but are happy to know that we will continue to cross paths with her, and her family, in the years to come as they continue to be a part of this special community.
I will also take this opportunity to introduce TAMMY SMITH, APRN-CNS who like Laura, has many years of experience as a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and an excellent reputation as a caring and competent clinician in our community. We feel incredibly fortunate that she has joined our remarkable team of clinicians, Candace Mahan, APRN, FNP-C and April Gaddy, APRN, FNP-C at our CENTER CLINIC, all under the continued direct supervision and oversight of Dr. Mark Cline, founder of CLINE FAMILY MEDICINE.
Lastly, we would like to warmly invite each of you and your families and friends to join us for an open house (come and go) CELEBRATION of LAURA RODGERS and an opportunity to meet and welcome TAMMY SMITH on Thursday, October 10th from 3-5pm at our Center Clinic Location, 630 Hurst Street in Center, TX.
