October 5, 2024 - Dear Friends,
I joined CLINE FAMILY MEDICINE as a nurse practitioner nearly a decade ago, when I was hired by Dr. Mark Cline.
While the years have seemed to pass by quickly, it has afforded me one of the greatest joys and privileges of my life to work with a dedicated team of excellent healthcare professionals for the provision of high-quality care for the promotion of health for you and your families right here in my own community of Shelby County!
It is in that same spirit of desiring to care for my community that I am making the transition from Cline Family Medicine to an organization here in east Texas that partners with CFM to serve in the area of palliative and hospice care to our most at risk citizens and neighbors. This is a desire that God has confirmed as His ongoing leading in my life. I cannot fully express my gratitude to each of you for allowing me to share in your lives through both happy and at times, the hardest of circumstances. I will continue to treasure your friendship.
I also want you to know that Dr. Cline and our CENTER CLINIC TEAM have worked diligently to continue our proud tradition of providing for all of your healthcare needs.
We are also proud to announce that Tammy Smith, APRN-CNS, an excellent nurse practitioner with many years of clinical experience and a stellar reputation, has joined our team of clinicians under Dr. Mark Cline’s direct supervision and oversight. I, and our clinic team, have already been working closely with Tammy during this transition. I am certain you will find Tammy wholly capable, caring, and kind as she makes her acquaintances with you.
Shelby County remains “home” to my family and I. So, I hope to “see you around town”.
