September 17, 2025 - There is still time to order your Chicken Fajita Lunch! The Chicken Fajita Lunch, Sponsored by East Texas Poultry Supply will be held Wednesday, September 24th at 11am. The lunch includes two chicken fajitas, chips and salsa and a drink for only $8 per plate. Delivery is available for 5 or more advance orders by calling 936-598-3682 or emailing secretary@shelbycountychamber.com, or fillout google documents order form.
A huge thank you to the Center Fire Department, 110 Patton Street, for volunteering their location for the lunch, the Shelby County Cookers for cooking and huge thank you to Tyson Foods for donating the chicken.
An order form for the Fajita Lunch, as well as other Poultry Festival Events, is also available on the Poultry Festival Event page on the Chamber web site, www.shelbycountychamber.com or may be picked up at the Chamber office on the downtown square.
