October 23, 2017 - (Album1, Album2) - Excelsior ISD recently held their annual Halloween Carnival Saturday, October 21, 2017 in the school gymnasium. The event had a traditionally large turnout including people of all ages.
A costume contest was held and it had many participants. Judging the contest and having the tough job of determining the winners of each division were Steve Noble and Terre Noble.
After the contest was held the winners were announced on stage and they were presented with trophies for their efforts. They include:

Ages 6-10

Ages 11-15
1st place - Nevaeh Cosby

Ages 16 - Adult
