April 23, 2025 - F. L. Moffett Second Graders had another successful year hosting our Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Our goal was to raise $1,000 this year. With the community's help we raised $1,604. It was a great experience for our students to see the community come together to support them in reaching their goal.
We would like to thank everyone that came to our lemonade stand and that donated to this worthy cause. We could not have done it without each of you. Our 3 year total is $4,672 and that helps fund a little over 9 days of research for children with childhood cancer. Again, we want to thank you all for your support and dedication to our students as they learn about financial literacy and the importance of donating to those in need.
