January 6, 2026 - Kevin Foster is running to serve Precinct 4 with practical, nonpartisan leadership focused on the needs of our community. He understands that county government directly affects daily life—roads, bridges, emergency services, and responsible use of taxpayer dollars matter to every resident.
Key Priorities:
- Maintain safe and reliable roads and bridges in Precinct 4
- Support local law enforcement, first responders, and rural emergency services
- Manage taxpayer dollars responsibly and transparently
- Listen to residents and make practical decisions for the benefit of the county
“I will always listen, research, and make decisions based on what is best for Shelby County,” Foster said. “I want to be a commissioner who truly represents the people of Precinct 4 and cares about the future of our community.”
Kevin Foster is committed to putting people first, not politics, and working closely with the County Judge and fellow commissioners to address the issues that matter most to Precinct 4 residents. He comes as a candidate with 35 years of personal experience in road maintenance. Look for him on the Democratic ballot on March 3rd.
