January 27, 2016 - A Gumbo lunch fundraiser for the Mike Clark Family will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center from 12-noon until 1pm. There will be seating room, as well as take-out available. Deliveries will be made to businesses with 5 or more lunch orders between 10:30 and 12-noon.
Mike was diagnosed with Kidney cancer last year around this time. In the fall of last year he was diagnosed with colon and liver cancer. He has undergone two major surgeries and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. The Clark family would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support.
The gumbo will be provided by Darryl Sanford. The cost is $7.00 which includes great tasting gumbo, homemade desserts and a drink. Pre-orders can be faxed to 936-598-5032.
