March 11, 2025 - Members of the community are invited to join the Chamber Board of Directors and Ambassadors in celebrating and recognizing the entire staff at Holiday Nursing and Rehabilitation on their achievement of a 4-Star Overall Rating with CMS. The Open House celebration will be Thursday, March 27th between 4pm-6pm and will include live music, refreshments and door prizes.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is a federal agency within the US Department of Health and Human Services. CMS actively inspects and reports on every nursing home in the United States. A 4-Star Overall Rating is an outstanding achievement.
Holiday Nursing & Rehabilitation offers a high quality of care for those unable to care for themselves. They also offer a wide array of health, rehabilitation, dietary, social services and a secure environment for loved ones suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer’s.
