October 29, 2025 - The holidays are just around the corner, and HOPE Community Medicine is spreading a little extra HOPE this season! We’re thrilled to announce our angel tree program, Angels of HOPE, created to bring joy to HOPE families and make the holidays a little brighter for our community.
Program Details:
- Who can apply: HOPE patients only
- Eligibility: Household and income-based
- Application dates: October 20th – November 17th
- Where pick up an application: At any HOPE Community Medicine location
