August 10, 2023 - Notice is hereby given of a Regular Meeting of Joaquin City Council to be held on August 15, 2023 in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 124 N. Preston Street, Joaquin, Texas, beginning at 6pm for the purpose of considering the following agenda items.
The following items are on the agenda for appropriate action:

5. OPEN FORUM. Open Forum is an opportunity for citizens to speak about items not listed on the agenda. In order to address the City Council, please complete the Open Forum form and submit it to the City Secretary Prior to the start of the meeting. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council shall not discuss, deliberate, or make any decisions on items discussed during the Open Forum. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person.

12. Discuss and take possible action on Safe Deposit Box at American State Bank.
13. Council Items: Reports by the members of the City Council on matters not on the agenda will be made at this time.

The Council reserves the right to retire into executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
