Lady Riders Varsity Softball Coasts to Win

April 6, 2016 - Center Lady Riders Varsity jumps on Tatum (TX) early and coasts to 13-1 win.

Center Lady Riders Varsity jumped out to an early lead on Tatum and captured a 13-1 victory on Tuesday at tatum.

The game was decided quickly as Center Lady Riders Varsity exerted its will early with eight runs in the first three innings.

A home run by Katelyn Bolton and a two-run double by Mekayla Hubbardduring the second inning helped Center Lady Riders Varsity put some runs on the board early.

Bolton racked up four RBIs on two hits for Center Lady Riders Varsity.

Hubbard struck out nine hitters en route to the Center Lady Riders Varsity win. Hubbard allowed one earned run, six hits and no walks over five innings.

Remier was charged with the loss. She allowed 13 runs in five innings, walked two and struck out two.

Center Lady Riders Varsity increased its lead with two runs in the third. Bolton's single got things going. That was followed up by Karson Milford's single, bringing home Bolton.

Center Lady Riders Varsity piled on five more runs in the top of the fifth. A double by Tionna Eberlan ignited the offense,  plating Bolton. That was followed up by Bailee Hendricks's double, plating Eberlan and Milford.
