August 21, 2015 - Christina Leary performed her song 'Breathe' from her new CD release, "Free To Praise," on the Bobby Jones Presents gospel show on August 15, 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Leary's journey to the Bobby Jones Presents gospel show which is a showcase for new artists began in January of 2015. She competed in the Shakin' The House Gospel Music Convention and won the competition on January 18 in Longview, Texas. The win advanced her to perform in Jackson, Mississippi on June 13th in a Gospel Artist Showcase exhibition hosted by Percy Davis who was named the 2015 Gospel Radio Announcer of the Year. Leary placed second in Mississippi winning a national radio promotion with WOAD Gospel 1300am.
After Leary's win in Mississippi, she received a letter from Bobby Jones to perform on his show, Bobby Jones Presents. Leary's appearance will be aired on Dish Network channel 268, Impact Television Network. Bobby Jones Presents airs on Saturdays and Sundays. (Schedule)
