Local Officials Release COVID-19 Update: 1 New Case, 1 New Recovery

June 12, 2020 - The Shelby County Emergency Management office reports as of 8:36am on Friday, June 12, 2020, TxDSHS has reported 1 new case for a total of 226 cumulative cases of COVID-19. DSHS also reports 1 new recovery for 104 total recoveries and the county has 114 active cases.

DSHS also reports of the 226 cumulative cases, 35 of those cases are "lost to follow" which means DSHS has not been able to contact them to follow up on their recovery.
