October 15, 2019 - Mangum Funeral Home is happy to introduce their new Managing Director, Cameron Copelin. He is a lifelong resident of Center and attended Center High School, Panola College, and Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service.
Copelin began his funeral service career when asked to pass out programs at a service. Over time, Cameron realized he had found a career that would allow him to make a difference and went on to pursue his license.
“If you do your job well, the families you serve will tell you they could not have gotten through the death of their loved one without your assistance.” That statement by an instructor at Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service confirmed the decision that a career in the funeral service industry was the right one.
Cameron has two children and enjoys spending his free time riding his motorcycle and cooking for his family and friends. He joined our family of firms in October 2019 with ten plus years of serving families in Shelby County. He looks forward to continuing to serve families in their time of loss.
