October 19, 2023 - The Lil' Dragons at Self Defense America in Center passed their belt rank exam. They had to demonstrate all their techniques, self defense techniques, and board breaking. The boards they are holding are what they broke.

Self Defense America recently hosted a Women’s Self Defense seminar. Participants learned several techniques as well as tactics to protect theirselves in a real world situation.
Some of the most important thing were to be aware of your surroundings, as well as, laws that govern the state of Texas regarding self defense. Self Defense America hopes to do another seminar very soon.
