October 26, 2022 - In my opinion the most wonderful time of the year is finally here. The heat of summer has finally loosened its grip on Shelby County and has been replaced by cool crisp mornings that lead into ‘porch sitting weather’ by the evening.
It’s a time where East Texas come out of hibernation to enjoy the beautiful fall colors that God has so beautifully painted. Yards and porches are decorated with Mums in an array of gorgeous colors and pumpkins in all shapes, colors and sizes.
It’s the time of year when you see your neighbors taking evening strolls enjoying the beauty all around us. I encourage you to get out and enjoy the start of the most wonderful time of the year.
