October 14, 2025 (PDF of Notice) - Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., November 4, 2025, for voting in a special election to adopt or reject the proposed Constitutional Amendments as submitted by the 89th Legislature, Regular and 2nd Special Session, of the State of Texas.

On Election Day, voters must vote in the precinct where they are registered to vote.

Applications for Ballot by Mail (ABBM) and Federal Postcard Applications (FPCA), must be received no later than the close of business on October 24, 2025.
