October 4, 2019 - The end of day one of the 2019 East Texas Poultry Festival saw lots of activity on the square including young performers from Timpson ISD, Shelbyville ISD, and Center ISD.
The Timpson ISD Kindergarten class took to the stage during opening ceremonies to lead the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance. Shelbyville ISD 4th graders performed a 'Flashback to the Past' and Center ISD students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade sang a variety of songs. The Center HS Theater class entertained with their "Elephants in the Room" group.
