April 20, 2022 - The Piney Woods Photographic Society held their regular monthly meeting Saturday, April 16, 2022, in Center, Texas at the First United Methodist Church, 211 Cora Street. There was a workshop presented to the club on photographing patterns and leading lines in preparation for the May Challenge.
Our goal is to help you become a better photographer and give you a place to meet others who share your passion for photography Featuring programs and activities with information and instruction for all skill levels in an environment of support and cooperation. The April Challenge, "All Things Texas" exhibited photos submitted by members for voting and discussion proved to be a really great opportunity to exercise their imagination and photography skills.

There was a three way tie for this month's challenge favorite, they are:

1st place (tie) - Billie Haggard Jones, "Houston Astro/Astrodome"
