June 24, 2019 - The Shelby County Constable Precinct 3 office is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a wanted individual.
William Thomas Smith, 38, of Logansport, LA is being sought for theft of a firearm, state jail felony.
Smith is a white male 5’6”, 155 lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Shelby County Constable Precinct 3 Roy Cheatwood at 936-572-0384 or your local law enforcement agency.
If anyone is found to be hindering the apprehension, harboring or concealing, providing or aiding with any means of avoiding arrest or effecting escape, or warns Smith of impending discovery or apprehension, will be arrested and charged in accordance to Penal Code 38.05 Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, a Felony 3 offense.
