November 13, 2023 - The Scrap Happy Quilters awarded Quilts of Valor to veterans during Jackson Baptist Church’s Sunday morning service on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
Thirteen veterans were recognized for their service and awarded quilts: Darrell Alford, Irvin Bomar, Hilbert Dal Santo, Bill Davis, Jim Finch, Harold Hanson, Derrick Hughes, Dennis Leggett, Bill Pinkston, Clivey Sullivan, Jeremy Riley, Chris Ramsey, and Jerry Newman (not present).
