October 4, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 9th day of October at 9:30 am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the Minutes of the following meetings. 9/4/24 Special Meeting - 9/11/24 Regular Meeting - 9/11/24 Public Hearing - 9/18/24 Special Meeting - 9/25/24 Special Meeting - 9/30/24 Special Meeting.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve Weekly Expenses.
4. Approve Payroll.
5. Approve Officers Report.
6. Discuss and consider approving the recommendation of the Selection Review Committee to award by resolution a contract for administrative services pertaining to the application and implementation, if awarded, of the County’s 2025-2026 Texas Department of Agriculture TxCDBG grant for the benefit of Paxton Water Supply District and authorizing the execution of a contract.
7. Discuss and possibly approve a Resolution authorizing the submittal of a 2025/2026 TxCDBG application to the Texas Department of Agriculture and committing matching funds by Paxton Water Supply District.
8. Discuss and possibly approve a donation of concrete from KLN Contractors for PCT 3.
