September 27, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 30th day of September, 2024 at 9:30 in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve to pay weekly expenses.
2. Discuss and approve any end of Fiscal year 2023-2024 business.
3. Discuss and possibly accept a monetary donation from the Texas Extension Education Association as presented by Kay Ross.
4. Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of (3) AED units (1) for each floor of the Shelby County Courthouse to be purchased from contingency funds.
5. Discuss and possibly adopt an agreement for 911 EMS medical services between Shelby County and Allegiance Mobile Health.
6. Commissioners’ Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
