December 9, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 14th day of December, 2022 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of November 2, 2022 Special meeting, November 9, 2022 Regular meeting, November 16, 2022 Special meeting, November 23, 2022 Special meeting, November 30,2022 Special meeting of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Report.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Discuss and possibly approve Resolution for the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) that is ordered by the State of Texas.
6. Discuss, consider, and approve award to Holt Cat for the purchase of two Caterpillar Model 150 JOY Motor Graders, as described in ARPA Invitation for Bid (IFB) 22-02, to be funded by American Rescue Plan Act funds.
7. Sheriff Kevin Windham to address the court in regards to the request for reimbursement.
8. Sheriff Kevin Windham to address the court about a sewer gas inside the Sheriff's office and jail.
9. Adjourn.
