July 3, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 9th day of July, 2025 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of:
- June 4th, 2025 Special Meeting
- June 11th, 2025 Regular Meeting
- June 18th, 2025 Special Meeting
- June 25th, 2025 Special Meeting of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Report.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Discuss and possibly approve to accept a donation of pipe from Momentum Pipeline Company for Shelby County.
6. Discuss and take action of FY2025 Budget Line-Item transfers.
7. Discuss and possibly approve the 2025 Regional Mutual Aid Agreement with Deep East Texas Council of Governments’ Jurisdictions to be utilized for events that require emergency management assistance.
Executive Session:
8. An Executive Session will be held for the consideration of specific personnel matters and to consult with the County Attorney. The closed session is authorized by Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Gov’t Code 551.074, 551.075, and 551.071.
9. Reopen public meeting.
10. Discuss and possibly make a decision on issues discussed in Executive Session.
11. Commissioners’ Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
