September 6, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 11th day of September, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of the following meetings. 8/7/24 Budget Workshop • 8/7/24 Special Meeting • 8/14/24 Regular Meeting • 8/21/24 Special Meeting • 8/28/24 Special Meeting
2. Approve weekly expenses.
3. Approve payroll.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Discuss and possibly accept the payment of Capital Credits in the amount of $12,815.27.
6. Discuss and possibly take action to expend the Capital Credits for the FY 2024.
7. Discuss and possibly approve the Sheriff’s Department to request bids for one (1) 2025 Ford F-150 truck to be paid from SB 22 Grant Funds.
8. Discuss and possibly approve an Interlocal Agreement between Shelby County Commissioner PCT 4 and the City of Tenaha.
9. Discuss and possibly approve an easement on CR 3801.
10. Commissioners’ Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
