December 8, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 13th day of December, 2023 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of November 1, 2023 Special meeting, November 8, 2023 Regular meeting, November 15, 2023 Special meeting, November 20, 2023 Special meeting, November 29 Special meeting, of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Report.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Commissioner Pct. 4 to close County Road 4356 for bridge work on December 20th and plan to reopen January 8th.
6. Discuss the reallocation of the current Constable, 1,2,3,&4 vehicles after they get their new vehicles in service.
7. Discuss and possibly approve to accept reimbursement from TAMU for work on Texas Forest Service roads for the period of 1/1/22 through 12/31/23. Exact amount of grant to be provided by TAMU.
