January 24, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 29th day of January, 2025 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve payroll.
3. Public comments on Agenda item.
4. Review bids received and possibly award the bid for Pct 3 Haul Truck.
5. Approve increasing the budget of miscellaneous income and fixed assets for Commissioner PCT 3.
6. Discuss and possibly approve enrollment of the County in the Cybersecurity Course mandated for counties.
7. Discuss and approve appointment of Cybersecurity Course administrator.
8. Discuss and possibly provide a patrol vehicle for the Precinct 5 Deputy Constable.
9. Commissioner’s Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
