Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 22nd day of October, 2025 at 9:30 am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve Weekly Expenses.
2. Approve Payroll.
3. Discuss and possibly approve Pct 1 Commissioner to advertise (1) Surplus County Bridge on Purple Wave.
4. Discuss and possibly approve Pct 1 Commissioner to advertise (1) 140H Cat Maintainer and (1) 2007 Dump Trailer on Purple Wave.
5. Discuss and possibly approve Pct 3 Commissioner to advertise (2) Surplus County Bridges on Purple Wave.
6. Discuss repairing the Historic Clock on the Historical Courthouse Square and enter into an Agreement with Ameri Clock, Inc. to provide the repair service.
7. Accept the formal “Notice of Vacating Leased Premises” at 214 Nacogdoches Street from Tri-County effective November 1st, 2025.
8. Commissioners' Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
