February 11, 2021 - The Shelby County Historical Society and Museum membership drive is underway! Membership dues for the year 2021 helps the Society preserve our heritage.
Memberships available are:
- Individual/Families - $25
- Business memberships, Platinum - $500
- Business memberships, Gold - $250
- Business memberships, Silver - $150
- Business memberships, Bronze - $50
- Life Member - $1,000
Schools from the county are invited to arrange guided tours for all classes. Some of these school children have never been to a museum or museum environment nor have they participated in interactive learning opportunities.
Our community outreach is growing and through your support of the Society, Museum, and Genealogy Library we plan on continuing to grow to meet our community's needs. The museum is located at 230 Pecan Street, Center, Texas 75935. Museum hours are Monday-Friday, 1pm to 4pm. Admission is free.
