February 21, 2021 - Following the winter weather and ice storm, Shelby County Office of Emergency Management is encouraging all residents to report damages to their homes and/or businesses using the portal, web site, or toll free call center number below to submit a damage survey. Disaster survivors will also be able to utilize the survey to request services from volunteer organizations. This information will also assist us in requesting resources and volunteers for the area.
Residents will be able to report and upload photos of damages. This voluntary self-reporting should not substitute residents reporting damages to your insurance agencies and does not guarantee disaster relief assistance.
