December 2, 2024 - Scrap Happy Quilters will hold its Saturday, December 7th meeting from 9am to 12 noon at the James-Antioch Community House.
The project this month will be Fidget Blankets for nursing homes. Gather things around the house like zippers, old keys, velcro, lace, stretchy bands, buttons, minky fabric, satin or velvet, and other things like that. You can get ideas from Pinterest and bring them to the meeting. We have scrap material there or bring your own.
If you do not care to work on these, feel free to bring your own project. Also, if you have a "show & tell" project. Bring your machine and other sewing notions you would use. We have cutting boards, cutters, iron and ironing board on site. New members welcome and invite a friend. We are a group of ladies who have like interests and enjoy the fellowship.
