May 6, 2016 - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Richard Coon. Coon is a registered sex offender and is wanted for failure to register/sex offenders duty to register.
Coon is a white male, 6’0, 175 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has tattoos on his right and left hip. Coon‘s last known address was on County Road 1023 in Center.
