August 19, 2019 - The Senior Nutrition Site will be hosting a new program called "Be Well, Live Well: A Program on Healthy Aging." Their first session will be on Monday, September 9th from 10am to 11am that day.
The program will discuss things such as engaging a healthier lifestyle, reducing your risk for disease, learning what nutrients your body needs as you age, creative meal plans and much more! The program will continue each Monday for 5 weeks.
