April 30, 2024 - East Texas Giving Day is an online event that provides funding for local nonprofits. East Texas Communities Foundation is partnering with area nonprofits to give thousands of donors from every community in East Texas a chance to raise funds for local needs.

The purpose is to bring the region together on one day and as one community, raising money and awareness for East Texas nonprofits.

February 12, 2024 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. will receive sealed competitive proposals for their drainage improvements project until Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, at 2pm. Any proposal received late will not be eligible for consideration. Proposal/Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting the Architect at 936 875 2320, or cphilp@mckinleygolden.com. Proposers shall be qualified with the Architect prior to receiving Proposal Documents. Only official plan holders will receive an addendum.

December 22, 2023 - Pleasant Grove MBC invites you and your family to the first annual Winter Fest!  

There will be candy, games, a cake walk, a fire for S'mores, and other wonderful things! Winter Fest will be on December 30 at Pleasant Grove MBC, located at 1440 CR 1470, Timpson, TX. 

It is located between Center and Timpson. Winter Fest will begin at 5pm.

December 5, 2023 - It’s the time of year that we celebrate the season of giving. Many are struggling to find just the right gift for their loved ones (who have everything) or would like to give a gift in memory of their loved ones who are now living in Heaven. Shelby County Outreach Ministries is a wonderful place to give. With each monetary gift, a star is placed on our front windows to celebrate and remember your loved ones.
