March 23, 2021 - The Unique Boutique is officially opened and taking donations! The Unique Boutique is open Monday through Friday, from 9-4. We accept donations that are in good condition.

Unique Boutique Grand Opening Set for March 18

March 3, 2021 - The Unique Boutique will have a Grand Opening on Thursday, March 18 at 10am. The mission of the Unique Boutique is to help fund all programs of Shelby County Outreach Ministries which are The Helping Hands Outreach Center, Senior Nutrition Site, Meals on Wheels, and The Unique Boutique.

Outreach Ministries Extends Closure Until Monday Due to Winter Weather

February 18, 2021 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will remain closed for the entire week. All programs will resume operations on Monday.

February 17, 2021 - Due to dangerous weather conditions, Shelby County Outreach Ministries will remain closed through Thursday.

SCOM Closes for Week Due to COVID-19

January 31, 2021 - Due to COVID-19 exposure, Shelby County Outreach Ministries, which includes our Helping Hands and Senior Nutrition departments, will be closed this week, February 1 – February 5.

We plan to resume normal operating hours and days on Monday, February 8th. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

January 14, 2021 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021, in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

Food boxes will be handed out on Wednesday from 10-2. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

January 11, 2021 - Due to weather conditions, Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closed today.

Emergency Food Boxes will be distributed on Wednesday.

SCOM Pre-New Year's Eve Schedule

December 29, 2020 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closing at 12-noon on Wednesday, December 30th. We will hand out emergency food boxes from 10-12 that day.

Our programs will be closed the following Thursday and Friday in observance of the New Year Holiday. Have a safe and blessed holiday.

December 22, 2020 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closing at 12 noon on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, and will be closed on the following Thursday and Friday in observance of Christmas.
