January 14, 2021 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closed on Monday, January 18, 2021, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. 

Food boxes will be handed out on Wednesday from 10-2. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

December 29, 2020 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closing at 12-noon on Wednesday, December 30th. We will hand out emergency food boxes from 10-12 that day.

Our programs will be closed the following Thursday and Friday in observance of the New Year Holiday. Have a safe and blessed holiday.  

December 15, 2020 - Today is the deadline for the Letter From Santa fundraiser held by Shelby County Outreach Ministries! If you would like your child to receive a letter from Santa this year, be sure to drop off your order forms and money at the Shelby County Outreach Ministries office located at 930 Shelbyville Street. Forms need to be turned in by 2pm. For $10, your child will receive a letter from Santa and a small ornament to hang on the Christmas tree. October 26, 2020 - The Senior Nutrition Site will host a Community Health Care Provider Meeting on Thursday, October 29, at 1:30. We are inviting all Health Care Providers that work in Shelby County to attend.

We will be discussing our senior meal programs for senior citizens 60 and older. We will also discuss the other programs that Shelby County Outreach Ministries offers to seniors in our community.

October 8, 2020 - Shelby County Outreach Ministries will be closed on Monday, October 12th in observance of Columbus Day. Food boxes will be available on Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 2pm. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you. We hope you have a blessed holiday.
