June 7, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 12th day of June, 2024 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of May 1, 2024 Special meeting, May 8, 2024 Regular meeting, May 15, 2024 Special meeting, May 22, 2024 Special meeting, and May 29, 2024 Special meeting of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Report.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Presentation of the Shelby County Fiscal Year 2023 Annual Financial Report by Eric Carver, C.P.A. with Axley & Rode, LLP.
6. Discuss and possibly approve the Texas Association of Counties Blue Cross Blue Shield Group Health Insurance plan for FY2025.
7. Texas Association of Counties, County Relations Officer, Rhita Koches to address the Court.
8. Review and possibly award bid for four (4) day cab haul trucks for the Road and Bridge Department.
9. Discuss and possibly approve permission for Pct 2 Commissioner to access private property on CR 2335 to relocate debris.
10. Adjourn.
