March 7, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 12th of March, 2025 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of: February 5th Special Meeting, February 12th Regular Meeting, February 19th Special Meeting and February 26th, Special Meeting.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve and pay current payroll.
4. Approve Officers Report.
5. Public comments on Agenda item.
6. Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of equipment for installation in new vehicles for the Sheriff’s Department of Shelby County under the provisions of Section 262.024 of the Texas Local Government Code necessary to preserve and protect the public health and safety of the residents of Shelby County, Texas.
7. Commissioners’ Court Reports: These are for informational purposes only. Any action that needs to be taken on the basis of these reports will be placed on a future agenda for action.
